Concrete Pump Hose
Application: Specially developed hose for conveying concrete using concrete pumps. Suitable for conveying highly abrasive media such as concrete, cement and plaster.
Long service life due to abrasion resistant tube.
Flexible and easy to handle, with good kink resistance due to a special hose design.
Suitable for reverse pumping, for easy cleaning.
Notice: The hose conforms to EN 12001:2010. Assemblies on request.
Temperature range: -35°C / +80°C.

Application:
Suction and delivery hose for filling and discharging tanks, petrol tankers and ships with unleaded fuels (EN228:2012) with an aro matic content of components 50% max.

Temperature range: -40°C / +90°C (for oils +100°C).
Tube: NBR, black, smooth, electrically conductive.
Reinforcement: Textile wrapped, zinc plated double steel wire helix (ID > 2 1/2″ zinc plated steel wire helix), 2 crossed copper wires.
Cover: SBR/EPDM, black, abrasion resistant, ozone resistant, oil resistant (according SAE J517:2013), cloth impression.

Suitable for industrial oils, diesel oils (EN 590:2010), fuel oils (DIN 51 603 parts 1 – 5) and mineral oil-based hydraulic oils.
The hose must not be immersed in oil because the outer layer reacts.
