DPRS Poland offers a high quality hose for food substances LM1 made by SEMPERIT, used mainly in transport to tanks with food liquids, carbonated beverages, alcoholic beverages and dairy products up to 35% fat.
Application:
Flexible suction and delivery hose used for the transmission of beverages – beer, wine, juices, drinking water, etc.
For the transport of alcohol to a maximum concentration of 40%,
for the transmission of non-alcoholic beverages and foodstuffs without fat or with a fat content of max. 36%.
Advantages:
White inner layer EPDM – food quality, resistant to higher temperatures
Neutral effect on the taste and smell of the transmitted medium.
It retains the “light” diameter with the minimum twisting radius of the hose.
Standard/approval: BfR (former BgVV) XXI:2002 (Kat. 2), Weihenstephan, FDA (CFR 21 §177.2600).
Notice: Very high resistance to many aggressive cleaning agents.

DPRS Poland offfer compressed air, water and neutral fluids hoses made by SEMPERIT.
After the main series of PLW 20, also available in the offer: PL1S GOLIAT with a working pressure 20 bar, PLE GOLIAT with a pressure 15 bar and PL2 GOLIAT with a pressure 16 bar. They are intended for the transmission compressed air and water to industry and construction. Them flexible properties are especially suited for heavy construction machines, industrial robots or for supplying compressed air to pneumatic tools such as plastering aggregates, stationary and mobile compressors, impact guns or impact wrenches.
