THE FOOT SWITCH

The possibility of retrofitting the NK series machines with a foot switch (FS), which facilitates the work of the operator of the machine for crimping hydraulic hoses.

TOUCH DASHBOARD

Easy-to-use SIEMENS touch screen with crimp dimensions memory. The dashboard can also be adjusted towards more complex needs: barcode scanning, selection of specific parameters to reduce crimping errors, data transmission to the ERP system, data link with MARKEN automatic cutting machine.

QCT-NLS

Neotech QCG-NM is a robust aluminium magnetic tool allowing quick die change on all our hose crimping machines, starting from NK25 up to KP400. The gun shape makes this tool easy to handle, and the system makes the die change process safe without any risk to break die pins. In order to store your sets of dies, the QCT is to be used either with Individual Die Racks (PDR), or with a Wall Panel Die Rack (WP-12-PDR) or with a Storage Bench (ST-12PDR).
