Construction of the multipurpose hose EPDM NORTH FIGHTER®
The selection of solutions for the creation of a completely new multipurpose EPDM North Fighter® hose took place over many years, testing technologies from around the world. The manufacturing process, designed by specialists in the field of multi-purpose hoses, ensures the proper physical properties of the product. The North Fighter EPDM hoses are able to work efficiently for many years, which means that consumers quickly remember the product, trust it and recommend the product further.
The EPDM compound, used for the production of the hose, is resistant to high temperatures, ozone and weather conditions. For safety reasons, the EPDM multi-purpose hose conducts electrical loads on the inner and outer layers, and their resistance is R106 Ohm. Thanks to the use of a special, spiral textile reinforcement, the EPDM hose retains the “light” of the diameter at the large radius of the hose turn.
The hose design allows the use of both clips, bands, clamps and professional frames and NORTH FIGHTER® connectors. DPRS Poland offfer compressed air, water and neutral fluids hoses made by SEMPERIT.
After the main series of PLW 20, also available in the offer: PL1S GOLIAT with a working pressure 20 bar, PLE GOLIAT with a pressure 15 bar and PL2 GOLIAT with a pressure 16 bar. They are intended for the transmission compressed air and water to industry and construction. Them flexible properties are especially suited for heavy construction machines, industrial robots or for supplying compressed air to pneumatic tools such as plastering aggregates, stationary and mobile compressors, impact guns or impact wrenches. The wide availability of couplings, bands and clamps in the DPRS Poland offer enables easy and independent repair of the cable as well as its production.
